Fresh A2 milk is slowly heated in a clay pot, cultured with curd, and naturally fermented into thick, nutritious curd.
3. Traditional Wooden Bilona Churning
The curd is churned using a wooden bilona method to obtain rich, wholesome makkhan (butter).
4. Slowly Simmered to Perfection
The butter is slow-cooked on low flame, transforming it into fragrant golden Bilona Ghee.
